There will be 100,000 copies of the passport printed, and it will contain a maximum of 96 special offers, each of which will be perforated for ease of use. The cover price will be R20, giving exceptional value for money.
The cost per page to advertise is R4500.00, but each outlet advertising will be given 300 books to sell on to customers, giving a return of R6000. Extra books can be ordered if required. |
The remainder of the 100,000 copies will be sold to locals and visitors (as well as hotels, who can sell them on/give them away to their patrons). With well over one hundred thousand overseas visitors expected just for the FIFA 2010 World Cup alone, this is an incredible cost-effective opportunity for KwaZulu-Natal businesses to get their services out there.
The vouchers can offer anything from a straight discount on a purchase, a “Two-for-One” Special, or any other tempting value-for-money offer, and can be valid for the period of the World Cup, or throughout 2010, depending on whether the advertiser is looking to capitalize on the expected foreign visitor influx, or wishes to promote their business year-round.
